About us

You will be working for one of the leading privately owned visitor attraction operators in the South West of England.  We are proud to welcome hundreds of thousands of visitors every year and have been doing so for more than 30 years.   We offer wonderful family days out at two waterparks and a children’s entertainment centre, as well as café facilities at all our venues. 

As part of an exciting expansion plan for our site on Goodrington seafront, in Paignton, Devon, we are now delighted to be welcoming a Costa Coffee franchise to our group of companies.

A Bit About The Role
Day to day, you’ll be making coffee that provides uplifting moments for our customers. That means sustainably sourced beans and velvety milk coffee, topped with our signature art, and delivered with your signature smile.

We have positions on offer which are full time or part time and permanent; we are open 7 days a week and shifts would include weekdays and weekends.

As a Barista Maestro, you’ll have your first taste of leadership responsibility, accountability, and autonomy. You’ll get involved with day-to-day operations, stock maintenance, health & safety, store marketing and other activities. Every day, you’ll be dedicated to creating uplifting experiences for our customers and inspire your team to keep customer service at the heart of everything they do.
