It is made using a rare Sardinian citrus fruit called Citrus Mostruosa, also known as “Sa Pompìa,” which gives a softer, floral, and aromatic citrus flavor compared to regular lemon or lime. The gin also includes Gunpowder Tea, a rolled green tea that adds subtle smoky, spicy, and herbal notes. It is distilled with over 12 botanicals, including juniper, citrus, cardamom, kaffir lime, and star anise, creating a bright and fresh flavor profile that balances exotic botanicals with the gentle green tea infusion.

On the palate, it delivers zesty lemon candy, grapefruit, gentle herbs, and spicy tea notes, while the finish is clean, dry, and lively, leaving a lingering citrus oil impression. With 43% ABV (86 proof) and a 750mL bottle size, it is perfect for enjoying in a Gin & Tonic with grapefruit or orange, or in a Citrus Collins or gin spritz.
