- Details: This Grill Plate, or 3-Section Divided Plate, from Anchor Hocking in their Pink Lace Edge pattern is so pretty! Not only pretty but very versatile. Originally used by diners and cafes because they made the food portions seem larger, they later became popular in the home to keep foods separated. Meat would go into the large section, with a starch and a vegetable in the smaller sections. This style plate became very popular for BBQ's and outdoor serving and they are still in use today. They look beautiful at baby showers and bridal showers. Pretty for Valentine's day and Mother's Day. Wonderful gift for a Depression Glass collector!
